How to set up your Testimobox company page
Let us show you how can be up and running with your own company page in just a few minutes.
Step 1 - Login
Step 2 - Company Branding
Browse your computer for a suitable image file of your company logo. Select the file and press save.
Browse your computer for a suitable image file to use as the background on your company page. Select the file and press save.
Step 3 - Social Networks
If you want to include links to your website and social networks you will need to copy and paste the relevant URL.
Login to your facebook, twitter, LinkedIn or google+ account
In the address bar at the top of the screen, highlight the link, right click and press copy.
On your testimobox setup page, paste the link in the relevant box and press save.
Repeat for all of your social networks and your company website.
Step 4 - Company Profile
Click edit, enter the required text for your company profile and click save.
Step 5 - Company Details
Click edit, enter your company contact details and click save.
Step 6 - Review Categories
You can allocate each review you receive to one or more of four categories that you can name yourself. These will appear on your company page, as the image below and allow you to filter your reviews.
Enter the name of each category 1-4 and click save.
Step 7 – Review Highlights
Here you can manually highlight snippets of your best customer comments and display then on your company page. They will appear as small orange boxes like the image below
Click the reviews tab and locate the review you need.
Highlight the required text (max 64 characters), right click and press copy.
Click the setup tab and scroll down to the review highlights section.
Paste the text into the Highlight 1 box and click save. Repeat the process for Highlights 2-4.
Your company page is now set up and ready to go, but remember you can return and edit your page details at any time.back to blog
